Terms of Service

Please read carefully before commissioning me
By commissioning me in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service.

General

  • Please send the clips/clear description of what you would like done.

  • The editor has the right to decline the commission if no payment has been received.

  • The editor has the right to cancel the commission at any point with a 100% refund if the commissioner fails to follow the terms agreed upon.

Usage policy

  • Once full payment is received you claim the right of the work.

  • Proper credit to the editor is not required.

TikTok + YT Short Payments

  • Simple + In Depth Edits: Payment is not required until the commissioner has received the final watermarked video. Once payment is received watermark will be removed from the video.

  • Advanced: A 50% deposit of the payment is required before the editor will start on the commission.

YouTube + Twitch Payments

  • A 50% deposit of the payment is required before the editor will start on the commission.

  • If the commissioner is satisfied with the draft, they are expected to pay the invoice fully.

Refund Policy

  • The commissioner has the right to ask for a 100% refund before the product is started.

  • If the editor has already started working on the commission, only 75% of the total will be refunded for the editors time.

  • Once the commission is finished, there will be NO refund.
